 Barbera is a northern Italy variety cultivated as early as 1200's


Unblended Barbera yields a medium to full-bodied wine of deep ruby color which is rustic and aromatic. It is also great for blending!


Red Italian wine grape. Full of deep fruit flavors and has potential for terrific mouth feel.  High yields may require cluster thinning. Higher acid makes it better for warmer climates.
