White Burgundy wine grape, a cross between Pinot Noir x Goucis Blanc. It is winter hardy, ripens early. It’s natural acidity brings out flavors of apples and lemons. Considered to be a more consistent variety than Chardonnay and can tolerate less ideal vineyard sites.
