Mutation of Frontenac; was first discovered in Quebec in 2005.

Viticulture Characteristics

Super cold hardy, berries ripen earlier than Frontenac and Frontenac Gris. Vines are quite productive as well as vigorous. Shows some resistance to mildew, black rot, and anthracnose. Is susceptible to leaf phylloxera.

Wine Characteristics

Wine styles range from dry to very sweet, with citrus and tropical flavors.
