Viticulture Characteristics

Fairly vigorous and productive. Early budding and early ripening. Good cold resistance but susceptible to fungal diseases. Berries are small with compact bunches

Wine Characteristics

Similar to Chardonnay; is medium to full-bodied with notes of apple and almond. Medium in acids and ages well in oak. Styles can range from crisp, dry to rich and sweet. Would also do well as a sparkling.
