Viticulture Characteristics

Very cold hardy; mid budding to early to mid ripening. Berries are thin skinned in medium sized, compact clusters. Moderately tolerant to botrytis, downy and powdery mildew

Wine Characteristics

Light to medium bodied, with moderate acidity and low tannins. Doesn't show "foxy" characteristics but rather tobacco, or smoke, especially when overripe.
